The DeCarTrans consortium was honoured as \u2018Innovator of the Year 2024\u2019 in Berlin at the beginning of November. In addition, the representatives of the consortium partners were able to accept the audience award at the ceremony – DeCarTrans beat 20 competitors in an online vote… – the biggest audience award in the German economy<\/strong>. This year, the award received the most votes of all years.<\/p>\n

The consortium, consisting of FEV, CAC Engineering GmbH, Coryton, Forschungszentrum J\u00fclich, Lother GmbH and TU Bergakademie Freiberg, is working on innovative solutions for synthetic fuels made from renewable methanol. These technologies make a decisive contribution to the development of sustainable mobility and the reduction of CO\u2082 emissions.<\/p>\n
