Synthetische Kraftstoffe k\u00f6nnten die Emissionen von Schadstoffen deutlich reduzieren. Methanol ist besonders geeignet, da es relativ leicht in gro\u00dfen Mengen produziert und importiert werden kann. Bereits im vorherigen Projekt C3-Mobility wurden gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mengen synthetischen Benzins erfolgreich erzeugt und getestet. Im neuen Projekt soll der Prozess weiter optimiert, &#8220;nasses&#8221; Methanol genutzt und die Synthese stabilisiert werden, um die Produktionskapazit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p><p>Das erzeugte synthetische Benzin wird f\u00fcr Forschung und industrielle Anwendungen bereitgestellt. Ziel ist es, die Effizienz des Prozesses zu steigern und die Produktqualit\u00e4t durch bessere Katalysatoren und Reaktortechnologie zu verbessern. So soll die Marktreife erreicht und der Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland gest\u00e4rkt werden.<\/p><p>Die Partner CAC und TUBAF tragen ma\u00dfgeblich zur Synthese bei und verwenden \u00fcber 86% der Mittel. CAC fokussiert sich auf die technologische Optimierung der Methanol-to-Gasoline (MtG)-Synthese, um die Kraftstoffqualit\u00e4t zu verbessern und die Produktion zu stabilisieren. Wichtige Aufgaben umfassen die Definition der optimalen Kraftstoffzusammensetzung f\u00fcr die Zeit nach 2030, die Entwicklung idealer Prozessbedingungen und die Erzeugung emissionsarmer Benzinprodukte. Diese Arbeiten werden in der Laboranlage von CAC und in der Gro\u00dfversuchsanlage der TUBAF durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0Das Projekt ist in mehrere Arbeitspakete (AP) unterteilt, die jeweils spezifische Aufgaben und Ziele haben. Beispielsweise beinhaltet AP C3 von CAC eine Literaturstudie, die Fertigstellung eines Versuchsreaktors und die Sammlung experimenteller Daten. Weitere Arbeitspakete befassen sich mit der Optimierung der Gro\u00dfversuchsanlage, der Durchf\u00fchrung von Versuchen zur Kraftstoffherstellung und der Evaluierung der kommerziellen Betriebsf\u00e4higkeit der Technologie. Die Meilensteine der Arbeitspakete beinhalten unter anderem die erfolgreiche Umr\u00fcstung der Anlage, die Durchf\u00fchrung erster Kampagnen mit neuer Technologie und die \u00dcbergabe des erzeugten Benzins an Projektpartner.<\/p><p>\u00a0Die Meilensteinplanung ist entscheidend f\u00fcr den Erfolg des Projekts. CAC und TUBAF setzen klare Ziele, wie die Fertigstellung der Anlagenumr\u00fcstung nach 12 Monaten und die Benzinproduktion in der Gro\u00dfversuchsanlage nach 43 Monaten. Herausforderungen wie Verz\u00f6gerungen durch Lieferprobleme oder technologische Schwierigkeiten werden erwartet und es werden Strategien zur Bew\u00e4ltigung solcher Probleme entwickelt.
